Handbuilt in stoneware using traditional pinching, slabbing and coiling techniques, this stacking pair moves easily from everyday use to display. Glazed in green and white with a mix of matte and gloss finishes, each bowl carries the visible trace of the maker's hand - texture and imperfection left intentionally in the clay. Lily Staunton Howe, a South London-based ceramicist, makes work built for daily living, where the material and process are as much a part of the piece as the form itself.This set comes as a pair.
