The Atrium shifts from retail to retreat for our regular sound bath with Ashlyn Gibson.
As the space settles and the lights soften, Ashlyn Gibson guides you with words into presence and ease. From there, the soundscape unfolds in considered layers of gong, Himalayan, and crystal bowls. Each vibration loosens held tension, widens awareness and ushers you into spacious stillness. We close with warm herbal tea and unhurried time to integrate, allowing the experience to land. Grounding, restorative and gently revealing, this experience invites quiet reflection and a deeper return to yourself.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, and eye masks are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Whether this is your first sound bath or you are returning, you will be warmly welcomed.
