Experience a deeply immersive sound bath at The Atrium, designed to restore balance, calm, and clarity. Through the resonant tones of gongs, Himalayan bowls and other instruments. Each session creates an enveloping soundscape that can soothe the nervous system while opening the mind to insight and self-discovery.

While the experience can be grounding and deeply relaxing, it may also gently provoke new perspectives or emotions, encouraging personal reflection. Whether you are new to sound baths or a regular participant, each session offers a unique journey shaped by the interplay of sound, silence, and your own inner responses.

Held in the tranquil surroundings of The Atrium, these gatherings provide a nourishing pause from daily life. Participants are invited to simply lie back, listen, and let the vibrations work on mind, body, and spirit, leaving you refreshed, realigned, and more deeply connected to yourself.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please come in comfortable clothes, and you may find it useful to bring a journal.

We want to make the events as accessible as possible. We know how hard things are for some people right now and we want to do what we can to help. To help people who might find cost or other challenges a barrier to attending, we have a limited number of reduced price tickets for every event.

Accessibility information

The Atrium is located in an old industrial building that does not have an accessible toilet or dedicated baby change facilities. We recognise that this is a significant barrier and does not reflect the welcoming, inclusive space we wish to offer. We wish this were not the case and are truly sorry if this prevents you from joining us for an event.

The Atrium retail store will be open 30 minutes before and after the event, selling a range of beautiful furnishings, homewares, gifts and beauty. All proceeds support our work creating healing homes for survivors of domestic abuse.
