Join us for an immersive sound bath experience designed to restore calm, clarity, and balance as we move into the new season.
This April session offers a carefully curated journey into deep relaxation, beginning with a guided meditation to help you fully settle into the space. From there, you’ll be enveloped in a rich soundscape of gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls and chimes. Each element will be incorporated to create a soothing and restorative atmosphere.
The experience is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and provide a rare opportunity to truly switch off. While deeply relaxing, it can also offer space for gentle reflection and renewed perspective.
Following the session, you’re invited to enjoy herbal tea, before you step back into the day.
Set within the tranquil surroundings of The Atrium, this is a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and indulge in a moment of stillness. Simply lie back, be immersed in sound, and leave feeling restored, rebalanced, and quietly re-energised.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions and eye masks will be provided. Please come in comfortable clothes. If you journal you may like to bring one with you and use the time after the sound bath to write personal reflections.
